What we’re looking for from you:

Your experience: You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience of managing an Ofsted home that carries a rating of good or above.

Your competence: You hold an NVQ/QCF Level 3 Diploma for the Children’s and Young People’s Workforce or QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification in Children and Young People’s Services.

Your focus: You pay attention to detail and never compromise on quality because you know that focusing on the success of small things can add up to have a really big positive impact.

Your commitment: You’re passionate that children and young people should have equal opportunities, a voice that should be heard and they should be enabled to create their own bright futures.
