Build a deep understanding of the organisation's industry, business model, and market. Plan, present and align analytics efforts with strategic goals and identify relevant metrics for measuring business performance.
Monitor and investigate synergies and opportunities, developing models and scenario analysis to drive business performance.
Partnering with our Data Analyst to identify and build a framework of core KPIs, aiming for real time analysis. Aim to reduce time to analyse and present while continually aspiring to improve our financial models and reports to ensure they meet changing business needs.
Liaise internally with key staff to update business processes to streamline results coupled with increasing the integrity of the Group’s data.
Build, manage and report on internal finance team KPIs offering insight into operational indicators.
Act as a bridge between financial and non-financial stakeholders, simplifying complex financial information and insights for diverse audiences.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED: a strong background in finance
a bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
experience using financial analysis software, such as Excel, to create reports and models
strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
able to convey complex information to a wide variety of people with various levels of understanding both written and verbally
