Key Responsibilities:
Managing the relationship with 3rd party partners, developing a strong commercial tie combined with a robust approach to managing any failure to deliver SLAs or material breaches of contract.
Negotiating and renegotiating contracts to ensure that the business receives the best possible services for the most competitive prices.
Creating standard contracts that can be used in its dealings with internal and external partners.
Studying the company’s requirements, duties and obligations under contracts to ensure we align with the company’s goals

Researching business partners and their history prior to writing or signing contracts.
Monitoring the implementation and performance of signed contracts, and recommending actions for change or alteration as required.
Maintaining, updating and improving our contracts records.
Key skills required:
Contract management and commercial experience.
You may have legal experience as a solicitor or paralegal (preferred but not essential).
To demonstrate focus and tenacity and immaculate attention to detail.
Demonstrate a track record of delivering contracts management performance in a legal or commercial environment.
You will have commercial experience and be able to demonstrate the ability to manage B2B and B2C relationships.
