Reeson Education are currently recruiting for a Reception Teaching Assistant to join a wonderful prep school in Kensington.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work within a supportive school environment, helping to provide a nurturing and engaging learning experience for Reception pupils.

The Role

Supporting children within a Reception classroom

Working closely with the class teacher and wider team

Providing individual and small-group support where required

Helping to create a positive, engaging and nurturing learning environment

Supporting pupils with their learning, development and day-to-day classroom activities

The Ideal Candidate

Previous experience working with Early Years or Reception-aged children

Passionate about supporting children's learning and development

Warm, caring and enthusiastic

A proactive team player with excellent communication skills

Previous experience within a school or nursery setting is desirable
