Production Operative

Pay Rate

AM and PM shifts: £12.71 per hour

Night shift: £15.42 per hour

Main Duties and Responsibilities

You will play an important part in helping the operation run smoothly each day. Your duties will include:

Picking and packing customer orders accurately.

Checking products and making sure the correct quantities are prepared.

Following food safety, health and safety, and company procedures.

Working as part of a supportive team to meet daily operational requirements.

What You'll Be Doing

Tray Setting: Preparing the right number of trays for customer orders.

Deliveries: Checking goods in, storing items correctly, and helping deliver orders where needed.

Returns and Recycling: Supporting with returned products and equipment.

Dishwash Area: Washing, sorting, assembling, packing, and positioning aircraft equipment.

Shifts Available

Early shift: 06:00 - 14:00

Back shift: 14:00 - 22:00

Night shift: 22:00 - 06:00

Shifts are worked on a 5-days-out-of-7 rota, with schedules issued monthly so you know your working pattern in advance.
