About the Role As a Business Development Manager, youll be responsible for: Driving new business growth by identifying, developing and securing opportunities across Northamptonshire and the Midlands.

Building lasting customer relationships by nurturing existing accounts, understanding evolving needs and identifying opportunities for further growth.

Owning your sales strategy by developing and executing targeted plans that build a strong pipeline and deliver ambitious revenue goals.

Becoming a trusted packaging partner by providing expert, consultative advice and recommending solutions tailored to each customers commercial and operational needs.

Turning opportunities into exceptional customer experiences by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams from initial conversation through to delivery.

Above all, youll take ownership of your territory, build meaningful customer partnerships and play a direct role in driving the continued growth of 1st Class Packaging .
