Job Description Location: Rochdale

Salary : £24,000 - £25,000

We are working with a well-established client based in the Rochdale Area who have been the Market Leader over the past 20 years. They have an exciting opportunity for a Service Administrator to join their team.

Working hours are Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

Responsibilities:

Reporting to your team leader, you will provide day to day Operation support across a range of Admin duties:

Liaison between Customers & Engineers - Report any issues / activity or Maintenance

Log Service requirements on CRM Systems

Complete Daily Reports - including Uploads and Receipts

Provide Admin assistance to Field Engineering Team

Investigate Incidents

Adhered to Policies and Procedures

Profile:

Experience working in a office / admin environment is needed

Previous experience working in a Service / Engineer based role

Strong Communication & IT Skills needed

CRM experience would beneficial
