Warehouse Operative (Ad Hoc)

Location: Lewes, East Sussex

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Contract Type: Ad Hoc

About the Role

We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to support our client based in Lewes. This is an ad hoc position with shifts available on weekdays and occasional weekends, depending on business requirements and your availability. This role would suit students with limited availability or someone looking for part time work.

This role is ideal for candidates looking for flexible work and who enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently

Labelling products and preparing orders for dispatch

Scanning items into the warehouse management system

Ensuring orders are processed correctly and on time

Maintaining a clean and organised work area

Assisting with other warehouse duties as required

Requirements

Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential

Good attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Comfortable being on your feet and carrying out manual handling duties

Reliable, punctual, and flexible with availability

Ability to follow instructions and work in a busy environment
