Engineering Apprenticeship Trainer & Program Lead

Job Description

The Bedford College Group is seeking a Training Coordinator in Engineering to join the Apprenticeships team at a Bedford campus. You will oversee end-to-end apprenticeship delivery, induction support, and progression to End Point Assessment.

You will conduct initial assessments, deliver blended learning, coach learners, build employer relationships and plan programme activities. Travel to employer sites will be required as needed.
