Job Description

Anderson Knight is delighted to be recruiting for an Administrator on behalf of a well-established and growing business based in Coatbridge. This is a newly created role due to continued growth and increased workload, offering the opportunity to join a friendly, collaborative team where employees are genuinely valued and recognised.

This is a varied and fast-paced position that would suit an experienced administrator who enjoys getting involved in all aspects of business support and is looking for a role where no two days are the same.

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm and Friday: 8:30am – 2:30pm

Salary

£28,000-£30,000 DOE

The Role

Providing essential support across the business, your responsibilities will include:

  • General administrative support to various departments
  • Reception cover as and when required
  • Booking travel and accommodation for employees
  • Assisting with payroll administration
  • Processing orders and managing office supplies
  • Coordinating documentation and maintaining accurate records
  • Handling incoming calls, emails and correspondence
  • Supporting the wider team with ad hoc administrative duties

About You

  • Previous experience within an administrative role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work
  • Comfortable working across a broad range of administrative functions
