Responsibilities
The key responsibilities are:
Contractor Management
Meeting and greeting, reservation of meeting rooms
Floor walks and room checks.
Keeping an eye on Heath & Safety issues
Liaising with maintenance and contractor firms to ensure smooth running of the floors
Ensuring the maintenance of the visitor electronic pass system and the maintenance of the client facing areas e.g. fault reporting.
Constant review and improvement of the welcome services
