Job Description

PMO AnalystEdinburgh Hybrid Working | Occasional Travel Required£350/£425 (Inside IR35)We are seeking an experienced PMO professional to support a large, complex programme involving multiple stakeholder organisations. The role will focus on governance, reporting, risk and issue management, change control, and stakeholder coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate programme information and stakeholder communications.Review governance papers and identify risks, dependencies, impacts, and assurance issues.Escalate key risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies through appropriate governance routes.Support and maintain effective change control processes.Track and report on actions arising from boards, workshops, and assurance reviews.Prepare reports, briefings, and papers for senior stakeholders and governance boards.Ensure programme plans, reporting, and assurance activities accurately reflect cross-organisational activity.Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes and ways of working.Experience RequiredPrevious PMO, Programme Office, or Project Support experience.Strong governance, risk, issue, action, and dependency management skills.Experience tracking and reporting programme delivery.Excellent stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leaders.Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and organisations.Strong organisational, communication, and reporting capabilities.This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile programme and play a key role in ensuring effective governance, oversight, and delivery.
