Key Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and supporting students' individual learning needs.
Provide one-on-one and small group support to enhance students' understanding and skills.
Collaborate with educators to develop effective strategies for classroom management and student engagement.
Help implement tailored Educational Plans for students requiring additional support.
Facilitate a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and motivation.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers on student performance and behavior.
Actively participate in school events and contribute to a positive school community.

Requirements and Qualifications:

A minimum of Level 2 or 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent.
Experience in a similar role within an educational environment is desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and staff.
Ability to adapt and respond to the diverse needs of students.
Relevant certifications such as First Aid or Safeguarding training are advantageous.
A genuine passion for supporting student achievement and well-being.
