We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Junior Sous Chef to join our Client in Fife. This role provides an excellent opportunity for career development in a high-end, professional award-winning environment.

Responsibilities in your new role as Junior Sous Chef
* Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
* Provide guidance and training to junior chefs, nurturing a positive learning atmosphere.
* Maintain strict adherence to health and safety protocols to promote a secure working environment.
* Contribute to menu development by introducing innovative ideas that align with the restaurant's standards.
* Uphold and elevate our exceptional standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
Candidates should possess prior experience in a fine dining setting, which is crucial for this role. This opportunity is suitable for those currently at Junior Sous Chef level or Chef de Partie level looking to progress into a Sous Chef position.
