THE ROLE
As a Customer Analyst, you will have an outstanding opportunity to help take the business to the next level. More specifically you can expect to be involved in the following:
Analysis that drives strategic decisions

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Customer Analyst will have the following skills and experience:
Experience working with Customer Data
Working ability to work with both SQL and Excel
Knowledge of Python, R or similar is desirable
High attention to detail with confidence in dealing with ambiguity
Good problem-solving skills whilst being proactive, approachable and flexible
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Success in providing analytics in areas such as customer insights, CRM analytics, channel analysis, attribution, etc.
THE BENEFITS
The successful Customer Analyst will receive a salary of up to £50,000 as well as an extensive benefits package.
