A leading utilities company working within Critical National Infrastructure (CNI), seek an experienced forward thinking and proactive Process Engineering Analyst to help them grow their Process & Intelligent Automation team.

Essential Skills & Experience for the Process Engineering Analyst:

Process mapping is a core part of this role. You'll need substantial experience leading and delivering multiple process mapping and optimisation projects, with strong BPMN 2.0 expertise and the ability to map complex end-to-end business processes.

Experience applying the CMMI framework to assess process maturity, identify gaps and support structured processes, improvements & initiatives.

Ability to support or lead process discovery, workshops, and stakeholder engagement.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
