Business Travel Consultants - homebased duties -Manage a dedicated corporate accounts, booking travel Worldwide including flights, hotels, and transfers-Offer first class customer service at all times.-Provide a variety of quotations to clients without favouring any airline/supplier using a GDS (Galileo, Amadeus, or Sabre)-Deal with emergency calls and situations for clients as and when they arise.-Work closely internal and external clients to ensure reservations/tickets are issued without any problems.-Meet and exceed personal objectives in line with company KPIs and account SLAs.
