Job Title: Legal Administrator
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday (9:00am - 5:15pm)
Location: Birmingham Business Park
Salary: £25,000 per annum
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Legal Administrator to join an established law firm based near Birmingham Business Park. The successful candidate will be a proactive and organised individual, with a keen eye for detail.
Duties include:
General administration duties including typing, filing, and scanning.
Assisting in administration of client files from opening of files to their close and subsequent archiving.
Corresponding with clients as required through telephone, email, letter, and face to face.
Proactive diary management.
Providing full support to the Solicitors to enable them to operate efficiently.
Carrying out other duties and responsibilities as required.
Skills and experience required:
A law-based degree or experience working within a legal environment is preferred.
Strong IT skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Friendly and approachable.
Strong organisation and accuracy skills.
Ability to prioritise and multitask.
