You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to provide respectful personal care. Your duties as a Relief Support Worker will include:
Providing respectful care, as well as practical and emotional support to the service users at our Wakefield services.
Maximising social opportunities and community engagement
Developing and sustaining warm and trusting relationships with service users
Collaborating with colleagues, families and involved professionals to ensure a coordinated and consistent service
You can chose to be paid on a weekly or monthly basis
