Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate to lead and deliver high-quality advice, support, and reporting to various funds and national companies. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for sustainability.
Responsibilities:
Support ongoing and new Energy Assessments to diverse clients and sectors.
Deliver BREEAM and BREEAM AP project proposals and tenders.
Survey and compile Energy Audits.
Produce Commercial Energy Performance Certificates.
Conduct Building Modeling for Net Carbon Zero Reporting.
Support business development activities related to Energy and Sustainability.
Assist in project administration and financial management.
Support works in carbon Life Cycle Assessment (LCA).
Prepare sustainability and energy statements.
Produce feasibility reports for renewable installations.
Provide support to Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, and Building Surveyors on construction and refurbishment projects.
Qualifications and Experience:
Relevant degree and/or master’s in a related field.
Environmental qualifications (CEnv, MIEMA, MEI, or equivalent).
Licensed in NDEPC, DEC, SAPs preferred.
Understanding and/or experience of LEED, WELL, CfSH, HQM.
Experience in energy modeling to Net Carbon Zero level.
Proven project management experience and excellent communication skills.
Confidence in engaging and presenting to senior business leaders.
Full UK driver’s license.
Salary and Benefits:
£25,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
