We're recruiting for a PCB Assembler to join a quality-focused manufacturing team in Waterlooville. You'll be working on high-reliability electronic assemblies within a clean, modern production environment, with ongoing training & the opportunity to secure a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

As a PCB Assembler in Waterlooville, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Assembling PCB & cable assemblies to engineering drawings & work instructions

Carrying out visual inspections of completed assemblies

Identifying soldering faults, wiring discrepancies & other assembly defects

Using microscopes, hand tools & measuring equipment

Reading engineering drawings, schematics & bills of materials

Accurately completing production & quality documentation

Working closely with Production, Engineering & Quality teams

Maintaining excellent housekeeping & health & safety standards

What we're looking for

To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:

Previous PCB or cable assembly experience

Experience within an electronics manufacturing environment

Good manual dexterity & soldering experience

Ability to read engineering drawings & wiring diagrams

Excellent attention to detail

Experience using inspection equipment such as microscopes is desirable

IPC certification or similar would be advantageous

A positive attitude & strong team-working skills
