Location: Chatham, Kent
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Working Pattern: Office based with occasional hybrid working (up to 1 day per week)

Hill McGlynn Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly respected construction contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality refurbishment, fit-out and construction projects across London and the South East.

Due to continued growth, our client is looking to recruit an organised and detail-focused Document Controller to join their team at their Chatham office.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with construction document control experience who is confident using Procore or a similar document management system.

Daily Responsibilities

Manage all project documentation through the Procore platform.
Upload, issue and maintain drawings, technical documents and specifications.
Ensure all document revisions are accurately recorded and distributed.
Monitor document approval workflows and chase outstanding information.
Maintain accurate document registers and project records.
Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, consultants and clients to ensure documentation is up to date.
Ensure documents comply with company procedures and project requirements.
Provide general administrative support to project delivery teams. Requirements

Previous experience as a Document Controller within the construction industry.
Experience using Procore is highly desirable.
Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
Confident communicator with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office. What's on Offer
