My client based in Mid Cornwall near St Austell are currently looking for an experienced bar manager to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position with hours and shifts to be discussed at Interview stage. My client is looking for someone who can start immediately and who will thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
The successful candidate must have proven work history in the hospitality industry and hold a Personal Licence to serve or sell alcoholic drinks.
The establishment serves food so some knowledge of a professional kitchen is required to support and liaise with kitchen staff. There are also rooms to let so previous experience in accommodation would be advantageous.
Whats required from you:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the establishment including restaurants, bars and rooms.
Ensure the establishment is compliant with health and safety regulations, food hygiene standards, and licensing requirements.
Previous experience overseeing a busy bar is a must, to ensure efficient and quality drinks service to all restaurant and accommodation guests.
Ensure all staff are motivated to perform to the high standards required to provide exceptional service to both customer and guests.
At least 1 years experience in a similar role is required.
Driving Licence and transport preferred
Salary to be discussed depending on previous experience. Circa £25k+
