Zest are looking for an apprentice to work in their Leicester office. The role involves working on a number of different types of equipment. The position is part of Zest's Food and Beverage Division. For more information about the position, please visit their website.
Zest are recruiting for an apprentice trained, multi-skilled engineer to join a leading food manufacturing business in the Leicester area.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment to minimise downtime and ensure production efficiency.
- Fault-find and repair conveyors, motors, pumps, packaging machinery and other food processing equipment.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying and implementing engineering solutions to enhance safety, quality and productivity.
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with food safety standards
Requirements:
- Level 3 engineering qualification (Multi-skilled or electrical)
- FMCG background (Food desirable)
- RTW in UK
