Trainee BMS Service & Commissioning Engineer

Up to £40,000 depending on experience

You'll work alongside experienced engineers, gaining hand-on experience in fault-finding, commissioning, planned maintenance, HVAC controls, surveys, reporting, and system optimisation.

Along the way, you'll receive BCIA-accredited training and manufacturer-led development on leading BMS platforms including Trend, Tridium, Siemens and Schneider.

What you'll gain

  • A structured pathway into a specialist BMS engineering discipline
  • BCIA-accredited and manufacturer-certified training
  • Ongoing mentoring from experienced BMS Engineers
  • Clear progression towards BMS Engineer and Senior Engineer positions
  • Exposure to smart building, automation and energy management technologies

  • Employee discount platform covering retail, travel and leisure

What you'll need
