Safe operation of construction site hoists.
Coordination with the site management team to ensure materials and personnel are moved efficiently.
Regular checks and maintenance of hoist equipment.
Compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Reporting any issues with the hoists to the site manager promptly.
Requirements:
Valid CPCS Hoist Operator card is essential.
Proven experience as a Hoist Operative on busy construction sites.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to supply professional references.
