Description
As the Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for:
Review & process invoices
Verify invoice details
Manage transactions in multi-currency
Reconciliations
Maintaining supplier records
Dealing with queries
Coordinate the payment runs
Generate AP reports
Support with month end
Profile
In order to be considered for the Accounts Payable Clerk role, you must:
Have previously worked in a similar role and be able to demonstrate this
Ideally have worked with Oracle Netsuite
Have excellent Excel skills
Have excellent attention to detail
Be able to work with high volume
