The Project Manager will manage projects from inception through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and senior colleagues. This Project Manager role would suit a confident Project Manager who enjoys taking ownership of commissions, building strong client relationships, and working within a collaborative business. The Project Manager will be responsible for programme management, procurement, consultant coordination, contract administration, project reporting, risk management, change control, and stakeholder engagement.

The Project Manager will chair meetings, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, monitor contractor performance, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality. They will also maintain strong relationships with clients and provide clear professional advice throughout the project lifecycle.

The successful Project Manager will have:

Prior experience working within a construction consultancy

Experience managing projects through pre-contract and post-contract stages
