This is a really exciting opportunity for an experienced, standards-led hospitality professional looking to take on a new challenging role. The Crown and Cushion is a high-volume site with a large full-table-service restaurant, with a medieval function hall hosting weddings and all other events, and gorgeous outside patio area. Successful candidates will have at least 2 years previous experience of managing teams of 10+ front of house staff on service.

What makes you a brilliant Assistant Manager
Youre an experienced, inspirational leader who cares passionately about creating a positive environment for your customers and your team
You know how to maximise commercial opportunities and you support your General Manager in controlling the business, ensuring its profitable at all times
You will competently assist the General Manager in the planning, organisation and management of the pub activities
You will focus on the development of staff to deliver outstanding hospitality and high customer service standards
You will deliver on the Barons values and legal compliance responsibilities, and proactively lead our business objectives to help to achieve the companys overall aim of operational excellence
You need to have had experience in a fast-paced operation (food-led pub, restaurant or hotel) and preferably hold a clean driving licence.
