The Role

As a Machine Operator, you'll be responsible for ensuring production runs safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Your duties will include:

Setting up, operating, and monitoring production machinery

Carrying out machine changeovers and adjustments

Achieving daily production targets whilst maintaining quality and safety standards

Performing quality inspections and product checks

Supporting preventative maintenance and equipment reliability

Handling raw materials and packaging materials

Completing cleaning and hygiene tasks to food manufacturing standards

Identifying and resolving production issues quickly and effectively

Maintaining accurate production records

Working closely with colleagues to drive continuous improvement initiatives

About You

We are keen to hear from candidates who have previous experience within a manufacturing, production, warehouse, FMCG, food production, packaging, or process environment.
