Key Responsibilities:

Client Collaboration: Working closely with international clients and teams, to understand their needs and objectives of the project, bringing a global perspective to retail and commercial projects.

Design Presentation: Create and present compelling design concepts, leveraging strong presentation skills to communicate with a global vision, international design standard.

Design Development: Utilizing design software like AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketchup to develop architectural designs, plans, and 3D models, rendering.

Technical Documentation: Producing design drawings, detailed drawings, and models necessary for the construction process.

Professional Coordination: Liaising with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure a coherent and successful project outcome.

Design Revision and Feedback Incorporation:Modifying designs based on client feedback and adapting to budget constraints.

Collaboration with Design Teams:Work collaboratively with other designers and cross-functional teams to understand design objectives and project requirements.

Project Deadline Management:Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design materials.

Skills and Qualifications:

Professional degree in Architecture (RIBA Part I qualified or equivalent).

At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in architecture, with a preference for candidates with retail and commercial project experience.

Proficient in CAD software, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3D modeling tools.

Strong design and visualization skills, particularly in the context of retail and commercial projects.

Excellent presentation skills, both verbal and visual, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and convincingly.

Excellent communication, project management, and teamwork.

Familiarity with UK building codes and regulations.
