Development Project Manager – Housing Association – About The Role:
To lead on the delivery of several multi-tenure development projects on time, within budget and to a high quality, by initiating, developing and maintaining positive working relationships with internal colleagues and external partners
To deliver effective project management of new build / rehabilitation development schemes including dealing with a wide range of external and internal stakeholders
