Duties:

Producing timely and reliable monthly management information reports for the Finance Principal and the board of management, investigating variances against budgets and providing analysis of differences.

Preparing annual budgets, half year and quarterly forecasts all with commentary on risks / opportunities.

Ensuring that all financial targets are met.

Supporting the Finance Principal and working together with multiple Principals and teams, as necessary, across the firm in order to deliver solutions.

Support the Finance Principal to develop, document and maintain all necessary systems, policies and procedures to ensure effective and efficient financial management within the firm.

Carry out all necessary actions to ensure that the firm meets its financial and legal obligations.

Two direct reports to manage.

Person Spec:

Qualified ACA or ACCA.

Interpreting, analysing and presenting data in an accurate and commercial manner.

Ability to multi-task, to be a strategic thinker and an effective communicator.

Strong technical ability.

Significant managerial experience.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to liaise across multiple disciplines internally and externally to the firm.

Confident in driving change and leading from the front.

Expense management software experience.

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
