Job Description

Monday to Friday | 8:30am to 5:00pm £19.00 per hour

We are currently recruiting for an organised and detail-oriented Administrative Support & Billing Coordinator to join a busy and fast-paced team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration skills, advanced attention to detail, and confidence working with Excel

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare billing support documents by processing vendor costs and creating billing sheets for client invoicing.

* Complete Excel data entry and utilise formulas to maintain accurate records.

* Input inventory and distribution data into internal and client-facing systems on behalf of depot vendors.

* Ensure all information is entered accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

* Support the wider team with administrative duties and ad hoc tasks as required.

* Maintain organised and confidential records at all times.

Skills & Experience Required

* Previous administration experience within an office environment.

* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently.

* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

* Quick learner with a proactive and flexible approach to work.

* Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
