Overview
As Engineering Manager for Power & Test Equipment, you will lead a multi-disciplinary engineering function responsible for the development, delivery, and lifecycle support of industry-leading Power, CAS and Test Solutions.
You will provide leadership across Projects, Systems, Electronics, Software, Mechanical Engineering and Test disciplines, ensuring the successful execution of engineering programmes from concept through deployment and in-service support.
Working closely with Programme Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Commercial teams, you will drive technical excellence, delivery performance, and engineering capability.
A key member of the engineering leadership team in Scotland, you will regularly engage with and report to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Head of Engineering, providing clear visibility of programme status, risks, opportunities, resource requirements, and strategic capability needs.
