QUALITY ENGINEER - COVENTRY

People Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Quality Engineer to join our well-established manufacturing client based in Coventry.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quality Engineer , Manufacturing Quality Engineer or Supplier Quality Engineer to join a successful business and play a key role in maintaining and continuously improving product, process and quality standards.

The successful candidate will work closely with production, engineering, suppliers and customers, investigating quality issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective corrective and preventative actions.

Rates of Pay:

£48,000 per annum

Shift Pattern:

Monday to Friday

8.30am - 4.30pm

Full-time, permanent position

Day-to-Day Duties:

As a Quality Engineer , you will work:

Supporting and maintaining quality standards throughout the manufacturing process

Investigating internal and external quality issues and implementing corrective actions

Carrying out root cause analysis and ensuring preventative measures are put in place

Managing non-conformances and supporting effective resolution

Working closely with production and engineering teams to improve product and process quality

Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing operation

Monitoring quality performance and identifying trends and areas for improvement

Completing and maintaining accurate quality documentation and records

Supporting internal and external quality audits

Liaising with suppliers regarding quality issues and corrective actions

Responding to customer quality concerns and ensuring issues are resolved effectively

Supporting new product introduction and changes to existing manufacturing processes
