Facilities & Reliability Engineer

Location: Northampton, Northamptonshire

Salary: £50,000-£52,000

Hours: Monday - Friday, Days only

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Facilities & Reliability Engineer to join their engineering team.

The Role

As a Facilities & Reliability Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient performance of critical site services and infrastructure.

Working as part of a well-established engineering team, you will be responsible for supporting and improving a wide range of plant services including electrical distribution, HVAC systems, compressed air systems, extraction equipment, water and gas distribution networks, fire protection systems, and other essential site infrastructure.

This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys a balance of practical problem-solving, reliability improvement, maintenance planning, and project involvement.
