Milk Education are working with a primary school in the North Liverpool area. You will be supporting children with their learning and development in a year 3 class. You will also be expected to work with small groups of children with phonics and reading sessions and one to one support as and when required.

Your role & responsibilities:
· Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students
· Be committed to raising attainment, aspiration and self-esteem of pupils
· Support pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs
· You will work closely with the class teacher to provide a safe environment and engaging lesson
Non-negotiables:
· Holds a Level 2/3 qualification (CACHE, Childcare, NNEB,NCEF Etc.) or relevant experience within the last two years supporting children in either an education, social care, nursery, community/youth role, college/university placement or any volunteer roles
Please note, candidates without a qualification but with extensive experience (paid or voluntary) with children or a relevant setting are also welcome to apply!
Must have a level 2 qualification for this role and previously worked with children experience or similar.
Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the classroom teacher.
Two suitable references covering the last 2 years.
Be able to display excellent verbal communication as well as the ability to actively listen.
