Duties:
Ensure compliance to Health and Safety guidelines across the business
Remove any risks onsite
Enforce Health and Safety
Ensure all contractors and staff work in accordance with rules and regulations
Liaise with contractors daily
Deal with mould and damp complaints
Manage FRA - Fire Risk Assessments through to completion
Benefits:
£40,000 - £45,000 per annum

Experience required:
Sound health and safety knowledge and experience
Experience managing contractors
IOSH and NEBOSH qualifications
Experience in managing fire safety and FRA - Fire Risk Assessments
Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks
PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
