Job Description
We are looking for a confident Resource Planning Analyst to manage the group's resource planning and budgeting process.
The responsibility:
Quickly build strong relationships with Operational Management
Deliver weekly short to medium term FTE requirement forecasts & clearly communicate resourcing recommendations to Operational Management
Maintain headcount forecast tools, ensuring assumptions are regularly challenged & that they reflect our high service level standards
Deliver weekly short-term agency and Overtime requirements & clearly communicate resourcing recommendations to Operational Management
Ensure shift planning aligns to forecast activity requirements & service levels
Maintain accuracy of staffing data to support operations & recruitment teams
Design & deliver weekly performance reporting that can be used to feedback into forecasts & highlight areas for improvement
Proactively identify & quantify opportunities to drive service &/or efficiency improvements
Deliver regular long-term forecasts to drive recruitment strategies & support group financial forecasting processes
Deliver ad hoc analysis to support Operations Managers
Annual budget creation in coordination with Ops management
Quarterly reforecasting
Supporting agency management with performance reporting
Sense checking temp agency invoicing & managing agency payroll processes
This role is based full time at our Shirebrook HQ , Monday - Friday
Qualifications
Requirements
Strong problem solving skills and experience in a similar role
Confident with Microsoft Excel and Data Analytics
Good stakeholder management with the abilityto translate technical information to a non-technical audience
Ableto work under pressure in a fast paced automated environment
Adaptable and receptive to new ideas from any source. Willing and able to adjust to changing demands and circumstances
Knowledge of PowerBI and SQL is essential for this role.
