We're seeking an experienced Executive Head Chef to oversee the culinary team within a prestigious, luxury environment in the Cotswolds. If you bring leadership experience within a 3 AA Rosette+ setting or comparable high-end operation, and possess a collaborative approach, this is an excellent opportunity to elevate your career.

The Executive Head Chef will lead all culinary operations, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and service. Responsibilities include:

Managing a strong brigade to deliver exceptional culinary experiences

Driving food development, ensuring menus reflect luxury standards and innovation

Overseeing GP, stock, and payroll control to meet financial targets

Maintaining rigorous Health & Safety and compliance standards

Developing and mentoring a team, fostering a collaborative culture

Contributing ideas for future development, including the potential Orangery projectWhat we're looking for:

Proven experience in a 3 AA Rosette+ environment or comparable high-end operation

Strong leadership and people management skills, with a collaborative management style

Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety, kitchen compliance, and stock management

Experience across restaurant, events, and banqueting operations

Ability to adapt to different service styles and sizes

Confidence working within an exclusive luxury environment

Personality that is credible, approachable, and team-focused-without ego
