We’re looking for a Trainee Paraplanner to join our clients rapidly growing team in Edinburgh. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain invaluable hands-on experience within a well-respected Chartered Financial Planning company, work alongside experienced professionals, and build a long-term career in financial planning.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting advisers with research, valuations, and client reports

Maintaining accurate client records using Intelligent Office (IO)

Preparing suitability reports and processing new business applications

Liaising with clients, advisers, and providers to ensure smooth service delivery

Learning the ropes of financial planning, compliance, and report writing

Wh at You’ll Bring:

A passion for learning and a proactive attitude

Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities

Excellent communication – both written and verbal

Confidence with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

A keen eye for detail and a love of problem-solving

Previous experience in financial services or report writing is a bonus, but not essential
