At Unity5, we are looking for an ambitious, curious, and organised coordinator to join our growing commercial team. You don't need years of bid or tender experience—we will train you on the tender process. What we care most about is your baseline tech knowledge, clear communication skills, and enthusiasm for helping customers succeed.

In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between technology and people. You’ll work alongside our commercial, product, and marketing teams to showcase our software, help prepare proposals, and build clear, engaging content for prospective clients.

What You’ll Do

Learn & Demonstrate: Develop a deep understanding of our software products and help run engaging demonstrations for potential clients.

Write & Translate: Work with technical teams to translate technical concepts into clear, plain-English write-ups for proposals and client queries.

Support Bids & Proposals: Learn how to craft winning responses for both public and private sector tenders, with full support and training from our experienced team.

What We’re Looking For

Tech-Savvy: Ideally 1 years of experience in a customer-facing or technical role within technology/software business.

Exceptional Communicator: Excellent written and verbal English skills, with a talent for explaining technical ideas simply to non-technical audiences.

Highly Organised: Great time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks or tight deadlines with attention to detail.

*

Customer-Centric Mindset: A strong customer care ethos and a genuine interest in understanding client needs.

*

Eager to Learn: Proactive, curious, and excited to build expertise in solution consultancy and proposal management.
