Location: Cobalt Business Park, North Shields (With Element of Travel)
Salary £23,000 - £30,000 per annum, + realistic OTE - £55,000
Hours: 8:30/9am - 4:30/5pm Mon - Friday

The Role
They are seeking a proactive and personable Relationship Manager / Account Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone with a knack for nurturing client relationships and a subtle touch of salesmanship.
While the position has a sales element, it is geared more towards consultative selling rather than aggressive sales tactics. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of interpersonal skills to manage client accounts effectively and the strategic acumen to identify and seize opportunities for business growth.
Sales Element:
Ensuring a steady stream of revenue through initial proactive lead generation, effective client engagement, and strategic closing of deals. Your success will hinge on your ability to identify potential opportunities on the back of supported marketing campaigns / inbound enquiries, nurture relationships, and skilfully negotiate to meet both client needs and company goals. Ideal candidates will some experience in a consultative selling environment (Not hard sell), excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to achieve top-tier results.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring all aspects of their services meet their needs and expectations. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Consultative Selling: Understand the specific needs of clients and offer solutions that align with their compliance & environmental goals and objectives. This involves a more nuanced, consultative approach to selling, emphasizing advisory and support over hard selling.
Account Growth: Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with the service teams to capitalize on these opportunities.
Feedback and Reporting: Collect and analyse client feedback to inform service improvements. Prepare and present reports on account status and growth opportunities to senior management.
Market Awareness: Stay informed of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to position their services advantageously.
