This role involves a combination of onsite IT support, hardware/software troubleshooting, and site audits to ensure all systems comply with organizational standards and best practices.QualificationsRequirements:5+ years of experience in IT support, service desk, or field support engineeringStrong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, and networking fundamentalsExperience with onsite IT setup, troubleshooting, and hardware installationAbility to work independently while managing multiple audit and support tasksExcellent documentation and communication skillsWillingness to travel to different sites (valid driver's license required)Desirable Skills (Not Mandatory):Familiarity with IT asset management toolsDegree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)Basic knowledge of network diagrams, patch panels, and structured cabling standardsCertifications: CompTIA A+, Microsoft Modern Desktop Admin, ITIL Foundation, CCNA (plus)Physical Requirements:Ability to lift IT hardware (e.g.
