Our client, a highly successful payroll services company are seeking a skilled and dedicated Bookkeeper due tocompany expansion, to join their friendly and active team.They are a well-established and respected provider of Bookkeeping services, helping businesses maintain accurate financial records and streamline their financial operations. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring client financial information is up to date, accurate, and in compliance with industry standards. The role: Working with your own client portfolio, you will manage the day-to-day bookkeeping activities for multiple client accounts, including VAT returns, CIS, dealing with client enquiries, including site visits.
Management of Sales and Purchase Ledgers for clients.
You will also assist with Payroll duties as required, for annual leave cover etc.
The ideal person: 3-5 years experience in Bookkeeping
Some payroll experience would be ideal, however not essential, if there is a willingness and ability to learn.
Excellent keyboard skills and proficiency with Xero and Sage
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
AAT qualifications would also be advantageous.
