They are seeking an energetic and eager-to-learn Customer Service Executive to join a growing local business. The successful candidate will manage and process enquiries from subscribers efficiently and effectively, using various communication channels such as email, written correspondence, and inbound calls on behalf of Publisher Clients.
Day-to-day of the role: Respond to inbound calls within the stated KPIs, representing the relevant magazine brand professionally.
Process voicemail messages and emails within the stated timeframes, ensuring customer queries and requirements are administered efficiently.
Provide accurate pricing, delivery information, subscription offers, and campaign details to customers.
Perform customer verifications for existing subscribers and set up new customer accounts.
Process orders, forms, and requests promptly and accurately.
Work with the Line Manager to ensure adequate customer service cover is provided within business operating hours.
Direct unresolved issues to the Line Manager, managing customer expectations effectively.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, adhering to confidentiality and legal compliance.
Follow up with customers as necessary to resolve any outstanding queries.
Administer customer correspondence, including subscription renewals, offers, and coupons.
