Our client is looking for Cloud Voice Business Development Manager to help accelerate their Cloud Voice (VoIP) sales performance. You will be responsible for cross selling and upselling Cloud solutions to new and existing customers.

The role:

Effectively engage with customers through a comprehensive understanding and demonstration of its VoIP offerings.

Take ownership of the sales conversion process, from lead qualification to contract signing.

Qualify customers effectively to tailor proposals that meet their specific needs.

Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of their requirements.

Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets, ensuring a positive return on overhead costs.

Achieve productivity metrics and adhere to defined sales behaviours.

Proactively generate new leads and cultivate a pipeline with at least three times coverage against sales targets.

Adapt sales strategies based on field interactions and results.

Stay well-informed about market and competitor activities to establish a trusted advisor status.

Collaborate with account managers to identify and close new opportunities in Cloud voice services.

Work closely with Sales and Service Leaders to ensure adherence to established processes.

About you:

Demonstrated success in converting customers to VoIP product solutions with a solid track record.

Three years of experience in a sales role specialising in technology solutions.

While not mandatory, familiarity with converting sales on the Gamma Horizon platform is advantageous.

Proficient in self-generating a sales pipeline and advancing existing leads through the sales funnel.

Possesses excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

Proven ability to build a robust sales pipeline, achieving the necessary sales outcomes.

Experience in closing deals at the mid-market and enterprise levels.

Analytical ability to assess business opportunities effectively and present profitable proposals that create value for the customer and profit.
