Sales Manager UK/Ireland

Responsibilities & Duties:
Minimum 5 Years external selling of Hydraulics in the UK and Ireland market
Selling full range of Bucher Hydraulic products
Achieve/Exceed Sales Targets and KPI’s
Manage portfolio of accounts within the Materials Handling and Agriculture market.
Generate new business through existing and potential customers, 60 / 40 split.
CRM – effective use of the system to drive sales results and business intelligence reporting (pipeline & forecasting etc.)
Develop long term relationships with customers / partners maximising opportunities
Create and follow up quotations in cooperation with our competence centres
Prepare sales reports by analysing sales information and engineering trends
Work very closely with Bucher competence centres world-wide
Manage and interpret customer requirements
Negotiate and close sales by agreeing terms and conditions
Core skills:
Technical and Hydraulic background
Minimum 5 Years external selling Hydraulics in the UK and IE market
Willingness to travel in the UK and Ireland, along with customer visits to our facilities in Central Europe (a couple of times per year)
Excellent oral and written communication skills Command of SAP and Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
Able to work as effective member of team, collaborating where required to achieve optimum outcomes
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise, define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Ability to multi task and prioritise
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise at all levels
