Are you a vigilant, customer-focused security professional looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a Security Controller to join our team where you'll play a vital role in protecting people, property, and assets through the use of industry-leading security technology. Based in a modern monitoring environment, you'll oversee multiple sites, responding to incidents and helping maintain a safe and secure operation

About the Role:

• Monitor CCTV, alarm and access control systems across multiple sites.


• Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, incidents, and security breaches.


• Conduct remote patrols and identify suspicious activity.


• Liaise with emergency services, management teams, clients, and operational colleagues.


• Maintain detailed and accurate incident logs and reports.


• Follow site procedures and escalation processes at all times.


• Deliver excellent customer service and professional communication.


• Support a safe working environment and adhere to all Health & Safety requirements

What we are looking for:

• To hold a current DS SIA and CCTV Licence


• Proven experience in a security role or a similar position.


• Highly observant with excellent attention to detail


• Calm and professional under pressure


• An excellent communicator with strong customer service skills


• IT proficient and comfortable using multiple systems simultaneously


• Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively as part of a team


• Capable of producing clear and concise reports
